It's in excellent shape with fine crisp weaving and design. Circa 1920s, feels like velvet! It has a certain free flow of the weaver's personal touches throughout - and it's old and tribal. Wool on cotton foundation. Condition is excellent as shown.
Size is appx 47”x48”. Very rare, unusual square size. It has overall nice pile and corrosive dark dyes. The rug's end kelims are intact, not perfect; the rug has been used.
