Chest:
We lay the garment down and measure across the chest from arm pit to arm pit at the bottom of the arm pit seam, we then double this giving the true chest size.
Sleeve:
We measure from the middle of the neck below the collar at the center, to the end of the sleeve or cuff.
Length:
We measure from the middle of the neck at the bottom of the collar, to the bottom of the garment.

Please remember that these articles of clothing have been washed and pressed, they are nice and flat in photos. I cannot ship the articles of clothing on a hanger.
Remember that wool shrinks when not laundered properly and older clothes are sized much smaller than clothing today. Therefore it is very important to check the measurements regardless of the size on the lable. Most wool shirts are greatly improved with a good dry cleaning, I have not dry cleaned these items. I have many great designer pieces that I am offering so please check out the rest of my sales.
