Large Conestoga Company Big-Bang 155MM Cannon, made in the USA. This is the impressive military-style model measuring approximately 25 inches long and weighing about 6 lbs.
Features the heavy cast iron and sheet-metal construction, 8 heavy-duty rubber tractor-style wheels, simulated hydraulic lift details and Big-Bang automatic charger mechanism.The 155MM model was originally introduced by Conestoga in 1958 and remained in production for many years. This particular example was purchased new by my dad in the early 2000s I'm guessing.The cannon is in very nice overall display condition with normal age/storage wear. There is some paint loss/chipping, particularly around portions of the mechanism, and the barrel warning decal has noticeable wear/damage. The original box has expected storage wear, tape and handling marks. Will ship in it's original box.
