Spectacular, authentic hand-thrown crystalline glaze studio pottery vase by renowned American master potter Bill Campbell. Crafted in 2020, this piece comes from the highly collectible later years of Campbell's active studio production before his retirement. The base features his distinct incised signature mark (the stylized "C" inside a "V") and is clearly dated "20" on both sides.

Design & Glaze Details:

Form: Features a beautiful, dynamic twisted bulbous body that tapers to a flared rim. The spiral ribbing gives the piece incredible movement.

Glaze: A stunning showcase of Campbell’s mastery over unpredictable zinc-silicate crystal growth. Deep, rich cobalt and indigo blues give way to cascading streaks of cream, titanium, and charcoal.

Crystals: Excellent crystal formation, featuring sharply defined "starburst" patterns near the shoulder and large, fully bloomed circular rings pooling elegantly near the base.
