Book is in good usable condition considering its age. However please carefully browse the pics to see the condition. Cover has surface and edge wear. Edges of spine have some cracking and wear as do the edges of the cover and corners. Spine/binding is holding together well. Pages are clean (there\'s a name/note on the cover page.) Pages have some age fading/staining. Please see pics for details.
