This signed Brighton silver-plated badge holder necklace is adjustable from 32 to 34 inches and closes with a lobster claw clasp. In good condition with some tarnish throughout, which I haven’t tried to remove. The chain has slight kinking in places, but no breaks. One heart in the pendand has a gold-plated center.
