Buffalo New York Antique Book Portfolio of Photographs c 1925, Photogravures For Sale

This is a String bound portfolio of photographs of Buffalo New York from around 1925. It is described as The photographshave a beautiful sepia tone and lots of detail. The images are of downtown, buildings, parades and more.

There are 25 photographs (plus a small pasted photo of buffaloes on the cover.Each printmeasures 8.25 x 6.25 inches (21 x 16 cm). Each print is mounted onto thick textured gray paper by all four corners. The overall size is approximately 12 x 10 inches (31x23.5 cm).

Produced by the Albertype Company as a set of mechanical photogravure prints. It is undated, but the height of the Albertype company were the mid to late 1890s through themid-1920s. The photos ashow early automobiles.
