Most of our Media (DVDs, Blu-Rays, Games) will ship in bubble mailers and for this we have found that some cases are being broken in transit, while rare it does happen. We in advance will gladly give a no questions asked y$5.00 refund if this happens and also apologize in advance as well.
All our non-media listings have a set 1-10 business day delivery option selected if the carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) decide to take a longer than normal time to deliver but everything ships same/next day and anything purchased on Friday-Sunday ships first thing Monday.
All Media will ship Media Mail which is 2-8 business days.
