Spotted Cat
Original Oil Painting by Jose Trujillo
Spotted Cat is a signed original oil painting by Jose Trujillo, accompanied by the artist’s Certificate of Authenticity. Featuring one of Trujillo’s recognizable animal compositions, the work places a warm orange-and-white cat with a bird in flight above.
The painting combines the direct, expressive brushwork associated with Trujillo’s work with a particularly strong cat-and-bird interplay that sets it apart from other paintings in his broad body of work. The restrained gray ground gives the cat and bird visual presence while allowing the composition to remain immediate and uncluttered.
This is an original oil painting on canvas — not a print, giclée, or reproduction. It is offered unframed so the buyer may choose a presentation suited to the space.
