Complete system with mobile cart, operator\'s manual, power supply, andboththe monopolar and bipolar footswitches. Condition Tested and working. The unit powers on, passes its startup self-test, and operates as expected. Display and front panel controls are fully responsive, mode selection works across cut, coag, and bipolar settings, and both footswitches connect and register.
