These screws use a Pozidriv (PZ) head, which can look similar to a Phillips head but has additional smaller cross-lines between the main slots.
A standard Phillips screwdriver may fit, but it will not engage correctly and can easily strip the screw head. For the best fit and to prevent damage, use the appropriate Pozidriv/PZ screwdriver or bit.
