The editorial cutoff for each volume is 2-3 months before the release date. In addition to that, different countries have different times that information about postal issues is released. Because of this, the most recent issues listed in any volume will be at least 2-6 months PRIOR TO THE RELEASE DATE OF THE CATALOG, and could be longer depending on whether the country has actually issued stamps.
