Your business logo as a two-layer acrylic badge for the car, the work truck or the whole fleet.
How it\'s made
Two layers of 3 mm cast acrylic, laser cut by us in Virginia: your letters, and a backing cut to follow their shape. Raised letters sit on top of the backing; inlaid letters are set flush into it. Either way it\'s one solid piece.
Choose your options
- Badge Type: Text badges use our 22 solid colors. Premium badges use any of our 16 mirror and neon colors, or your own logo.
- Size is the badge\'s longest side. Text sizes: 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 in long. Premium sizes: 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 in long, any height up to 11 in. Not sure? Tell us where it\'s going and we\'ll size it in your proof.
- Number of Colors: two are included, the letters and the backing. For 3 or 4, tell us which letters get which color.
How to order
Pick the badge type, size and number of colors, then fill in the personalization box: your text exactly as it should read, a font number from the font chart (or describe the look), your design color (the letters), your background color (the backing), and raised or inlaid letters. For example: TURBO, Font 06, Red, Black, Raised. For 3 or 4 colors, say which letters get which. For a logo, type LOGO and send the file by message: a vector file (SVG, PDF or AI) is best, a clear PNG or JPG works. We send you a proof before we cut anything, and nothing is cut until you approve it. We can only cut logos you have the right to use.
