New Custom-Built Telecaster style Guitar with a very unique appearance! *Note that every part and piece is brand-new! \"String-Through\" SlabALDER BODY with a gorgeous \"METALLIC SILVER\"glossfinish. New Single-Coil Ceramic Pickup with LARGE1/4\" POLE-PIECESin the Bridge position and a newSingle-Coil Alnico Pickupin the Neck position. *See picture prior to installation.Both have strong output, clarity and sound fantastic in this Guitar! Traditional Tele Master Volume & Tone Controls and 3-way Selector Switch.Built with new full-size Alpha 250K Pots (same brand Fender installs in many of their Guitars), a Sprague Orange-Drop Capacitor and a Fender Selector Switch.New Silver Mirror Pickguard with matching Silver Mirror Control-Plate. They blend perfectly with the Metallic Silver Body and create a striking appearance! New String-Through vintage style Chrome Ash-Tray Bridge with Brass Saddles. Instead of traditional Chrome Tele Knobs, I chose Black to use Mustang/Jaguar Knobs and a Black Stratocaster Selector Switch Tip, that add a bit of contrast and uniqueness to the Guitar. Also has a new Chrome Fender logo Neck-Plate. *Note that Guitar wasn\'t made in Corona California, it\'s just the Neck-Plate I chose to use and as a visual upgrade.New qualityTele style gloss Canadian Maple Neck with a 22 medium/jumbo fret Rosewood Fretboard, that also adds contrast. C-shape profile, 25.5\" scale, 7.25\" radius, 1.65\" nut width. Has Roller String-Treesand a BONE NUT! Also has a Rosewood Skunk-Stipe on the back like many Fender Guitars have.To further refine playability, the Fretboard has been lightly sanded with a very fine grit, conditioned with lemon-oil, then thoroughly hand buffed to make the Fretboard very smooth, better than it came from the manufacture and plays with ease! *I do this to most Guitars I sell, new & used and makes for a significant improvement in playability! Frets have been polished so they\'re bright & slick. No sharp Fret-Ends. Back of the Neck also sanded with a fine grit, buffed with extra-fine 4x0 steel-wool, then thoroughly hand buffed. It\'s \"ultra-smooth\" and fast!Going with the theme, Headstock has a Metallic Silverwater-slide decal applied and cleared with gloss Lacquer. I\'m not a store or shop, just a retired Guy that LOVES Guitars and have worked on them for over 30 years. Since I retired, I upgrade, modify, customize & Relic Guitars as a Hobby to keep busy. I consider Guitars to be \"playable Art\", with the playability of the Neck & Set-Up of course being key. I\'m not a professional Luthier, but well above an amateur & I\'m \"extremely meticulous\"! If you\'re looking for this type of Guitar, think about if other Sellers work on Guitars (most don\'t) and know how to set them up. Is the Neck straight, Truss-Rod functional, Fretboard clean? Are the Frets oxidized needing cleaned & polished, have dead frets or buzz that requires the frets to be leveled? Will the Strings be rusty or dead, needing a new set? And if it\'s a used Guitar, I\'m sure you\'ve found they usually arrive dusty, needing cleaning and require major tweaking just to be playable! Not this one!Also, will other Seller\'s description be as thorough as mine? Remember that you get what you pay for!This being said, I must also note: The Neck is perfectly straight, and it plays great, but I can\'t predict how you like your Guitar set up, so be advised that adjustments or a set-up to your preference \"may\" be required, and if you can\'t do it yourself, the costs associated with these adjustments should be expected.
