Use Method
1. Recommended powder to liquid ratio is in an environment temperatureof 23℃±1℃ and 50±10% relative humidity blending. As the lining, the powderliquid (mass) ratio is 2.3:1; For repairing,the ratio of powder to liquid (mass) was 2.7:1;
2. While mixing, the powder is divided into two parts, half of thepowder into the liquid agent to fully reconcile for 10 seconds, into the otherhalf of the powder, fully reconcile, total the time should be less than 30seconds; Working time is 1 ‘45 “;
3. The net curing time is 1.5 - 6min;
4. The compressive strength of cement should be ≥100MPa;
5. The acid corrosion of cement should be ≤0.17mm;
6. The acid solution lead content of cement should be ≤100mg/kg;
7. The soluble fluorine: 24h solubility ≤1.0%;
8. The remaining teeth or metal surface of the adhesive powder liquidcondensation should be promptly wiped with wet cotton ball, otherwise it is noteasy to remove;
9. Reconcile utensil: glass plate and stainless steel knife, smoothsurface requirements.
Attentions
1. The powder to liquid ratio should be suitably, less powder willeffect the performance of the cement;
2. When it is about to set, it will be in an elastic state, andtrimming and polishing cannot be carried out. Otherwise, the surface finishwill be affected. Polishing can be performed after 24 hours.
3. Polishing method: First, grind the uneven surface flat, and thencarry out polishing. When polishing, it is advisable to use light pressure anda high speed.
4. During clinical use, it is not suitable for deep base lining orpulp capping. In cases such as a too deep cavity, a too thin pulp wall, orsuspected pulp exposure, use calcium hydroxide paste for pulp capping first.
5. This product does not have X-ray radiopacity.
6. This product does not have adhesive properties.
