This is a poster celebrating the first expansion of Destiny 1, The Dark Below. Not only is this a pretty rare poster to begin with, but this has been signed by a number of developers who worked on the game! There is some minor damage as the posters typically were left on a large table inside Bungie's HQ where folks would sign posters/items left there when they had time.
This isn't something someone bought at a con and got a few people to sign, but a poster that a Bungie developer put on the dev signing table to get signed over a few weeks.
