JT\'s Cycle Parts shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this agreement, in whole or in part, if you fail to pay the proper sum for the product, Buyer has violated applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or termination is required for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security, or investigation purposes.
• B. Seller makes no representations in regards to the product being purchased by Buyer and Buyer assumes the entire risk as to the quality, condition, or adequacy of said product. Buyer shall be solely responsible for installation or operation of said product and for any latent or unknown defects in regards to said product.
• C. If the Buyer fails to pick up the product by the specific pick-up date, the Buyer will be placed in default and will be subject to damages and liabilities to the Seller including, but not limited to, all storage fees, administrative fees, and the amount of any reduction in sales price upon resale of the goods by the Seller. Pending payment of the Buyer\'s default, penalties, and any other assessed claims, damages, liabilities, and fees, the defaulting Buyer will be barred from offerding on any other listings on this or any other affiliated websites.
