The Elevate Outdoor Hitch Platform Rack comes with large, adjustable 5\" wide wheel holder platforms to make it easier than ever to transport your fat tire bike or E-bike to your favorite trail or other location. The thick powder-coated steel tube design supports up to 200 lbs. total, or two bikes weighing up to 100 lbs. each. The center arm features padded hooks to hold bike frames secure while protecting the finish from damage.
Designed for easier loading and rear access, this rack folds and tilts in several ways. The center post folds down to make it easier to load bikes onto the rack. When not in use, the wheel holder platforms fold up for compact storage in your garage. Without bikes loaded, the empty rack tilts for access to the rear of the vehicle. With no bikes and the center post folded down, the rack folds up compactly against the vehicle to create a smaller footprint in your garage or parking lot.

Usage GuidelinesPlease note, this model is not compatible with 1.25\" trailer hitches. Hitch-mounted carriers are not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motor-homes or RVs. Never exceed the lowest maximum rating of either of these two: vehicle\'s tongue weight and vehicle\'s trailer hitch tongue weight. Be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle\'s suspension. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension and prevent sagging. Carriers are not recommended for hitches less than 12\" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a riser adapter.
