This is for an envelope sent to a fan, upon request, in 1990, with a form letter, an Elvis catalog, and various promotional materials. Please see photos. Other than some staining / discoloration, the materials are in great condition, especially given the fact they are 36 years old. Please see photos. The recipient\'s name and address has been covered with cardboard in this posting.
Condition disclaimer -
Please note that the envelope shows signs of adhesive bleed through where the adhesives used at the time, used volatile compounds and oils, break down, liquefy, and migrate through the envelope. Some of this leaked through onto the contents, particularly the back of the Million-Dollar Quartet flyer. This is a very common phenomenon in old paper collecting. This is not the sign of a spill or similar staining.
