This scene was painted in tempera by Andrew Wyeth in 1969, and features a view from a third floor window of the Olson house near Rockland, Maine. Wyeth painted more than 200 works at the Olson house over the years, and Christina Olson looks toward the house in his famous painting Christina’s World.
