This exquisite vintage wedding hat with veil comes with matching gloves and a hat box. Early 1990\'s. The color is called \"candlelight white\" and is a lovely white that is not a darker, true ivory and it is not pure white. It\'s between the two. Purchase accordingly. The hat does not have a label. Materials included appear to be satin, tulle, lace and beads.
PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS TO SEE THE INNER AND OUTER DIMENSIONS/MEASUREMENTS OF THE HAT. These photos are part of the description. You can also see the approximate length of the back of the veil to be 40\" from the brim of the hat to the bottom of the veil. This is approximate and may vary due to measuring technique variables.
The veil is removable and is attached with pins that have matching pin heads that look like beads to match the hat. It can be worn in a traditional manor with the front of the veil over the face. Another option is to remove the front of the veil and only wear the long, back part of the veil. I\'ve tried to show both looks in the photos. The veil in wrinkled from being stored in the hat box. Please anticipate needing to have it steamed prior to wearing.
The gloves are 22\" long (see photos) and fit just above the elbow. They are clean and no visible or gross stains. They are best fit to a relatively slim arm and hand.
Hat box has a tear in the bottom along the edge, but is not visible from the sides or top. The hat box is sold as-is and is included as a courtesy and should not be considered in excellent condition. Purchase accordingly.
