This GBD New Era - 9436 is a beauty of a large, stout Billiard. GBD is well known for its TIMELESS shape style, with balanced proportions and classic outlines, and they're available in a range of signature finishes - You’ll notice a couple scorch marks on the rim of the briar - what a shame a prior owner was careless - Never the less, it’s a solid, well constructed, beefy Billiard. The stem is chatter free and passes a pipe cleaner with ease. I just finished a careful chamber ream (as pictured), shank & stem airway cleaning and sanitized, and the chamber was sanitized with a 99% alcohol/cotton ball solution for 24 hours.

I will be selling a quantity (150 +/-) of my pipe collection over the next few months. Most of my pipes will have stem oxidation removed and will be polished. The pipe you purchase will have been carefully reamed (as pictured), shanks & stem airway cleaned/sanitized, the chamber sanitized with a 99% alcohol/cotton ball solution for 24 hours. I delicately polish my pipes with carnauba wax on a buffing wheel, as to not fade the nomenclature. I would smoke any of my pipes as they are mailed to you, but you should do what makes you feel comfortable!
