FPE Stab Lok NA350D. This is a rare type breaker setup. The 3rd phase does not connect to the bussing. It takes the 3rd phase from a residential type 120/240 3Ø delta setup and the only piece of equipment using this 3rd phase is an AC unit. These were used primarily when AC unit were first installed in residential homes in Phoenix Arizona. The breaker has been tested and functions as intended.
