Revelation chapter 13... the beast and false prophet. A summary toward the understanding of chapter 13 as interpreted in The Donkey Speaks Again. The information is FREE and its full content is listed below. No need for you to pay!!! (Unless you want to, even the little bit I receive after fees is a blessing and inspiration)
The book "Donkey Speaks Again" is sold separately, and contains additional highly detailed information on how to interpret Revelation the way God intended. That means it is interpreted by using the Bible to explain the multitude of metaphors used throughout Revelation and all prophetic passages. The book aligns perfectly with the information given here and will greatly astound you how everything can be explained in concise unison with all prophetic passages aligning perfectly with each other without any contradictions. If you like what you read here, you will be greatly blessed by the book.
P.S... look for future listings explaining popular prophecy related searches. I will begin them with the phrase "FREE Donkey..." (Available now... 1) 7 thunders, 2) 666 "the mark", 3) Daniels 70th week, 4) 7 churches of Rev. 2&3, 5) Matt. 24, 6) Rev. 6 the sealed scroll, 7) 7 trumpets, 8) Rev. 12, 9) Rev. 13: the beast)
Rev. 13:1-2..."And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority."
Too many metaphors to cover now, but the sea represents unbelievers and the earth represents believers. Ten horns represent 10 nations, Satan as the dragon gives these 10 nations the power. The power comes from the red horse spirit released to roam the earth and we have all ready seen that it refers to Islam.
Rev. 13:3-5..."And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months."
This detail about receiving a deadly wound but not dying can found elsewhere in Revelation. It's an important detail that links overlapping visions. And yet again we see the same 3-1/2 year time frame.
Rev. 13:6-9..."And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If any man have an ear, let him hear."
The dragon will blaspheme God and everyone in heaven plus we see again that he will go after anyone on earth who calls themselves a Christian. The whole world (except for Christians) will worship the anti-christ. The phrase "have an ear, let him hear" was part of the warnings given to each of the 7 churches and now we can see there is some sort of connection of the phrase with the post-rapture tribulation.
Rev. 13:10-"He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints."
This verse speaks to the tribulation saints, the left behind, the foolish virgins, the lukewarm believers and any "new" believers after the rapture.
Rev. 13:11-12..."And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed."
Okay, I know I said the earth represents believers. Maybe, its too much for most to accept, but the false prophet will rise out of the churches! He will, like the dragon, blaspheme the truth and the raptured people as though they were the evil ones being removed out of the way. The anti-christ will mimic Jesus and copy His first coming. First, in the sense of dying and being resurrected, then also in the sense of replacing the temple or actually being the temple just like Jesus proclaimed.
Rev. 13:13-15..."And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed."
This false prophet will have great powers which would only enhance and encourage many people to think this anti-christ and prophet are the real deal.
The final three verses concern the mark of the beast. I covered that in another free donkey post, so this ends chapter 13.
Yet again I do appreciate your time and attention. Please look into all the other free donkey posts and even getting the book which will tie all the posts together with many more details not mentioned in these posts.
