Fenton Art Glass Fairy Lights, Revised Edition. By Peggy Rose Whiteneck. ISBN 979-8-9908601-6-2
When the Fenton Art Glass Company ceased production in 2011, it left a legacy of decorated glassware that still attracts collectors today. This book provides a comprehensive look at the fairy lights that form a unique part of this legacy. Over the years, these popular lamps were offered in a cross-section of Fenton's beautiful colors, and served as an inspiration to the talented decorators who enhanced them in ways that range from the sublime to the whimsical. Over 260 full color photographs show representative examples of these quintessentially Victorian forms, with an accompanying table giving production data for all of the known documented one-piece, two-piece, three-piece, and four-piece fairy lamps made over the years. This revised edition of the classic work originally published in 2012 is greatly expanded and also includes chapters on seasonal and holiday lights and those made in figural shapes.
133 pages, illustrated throughout.
