Fernandes VS-3 Gray Single Coil Pickup for Fender 1985 Used Key Features
This is a vintage Fernandes VS-3 single coil pickup, originally installed in a 1985 Fernandes FR-55 guitar. Part of the Vintage Single series, it features a flat pole piece, gray bobbin, Alnico magnet, and a pickguard mount design, offering classic single-coil tone with excellent build quality. The pole pieces are properly chamfered, ensuring smooth operation. The resistance is approximately 7.00kΩ, providing high output comparable to the Fernandes VS-1. The lead wire length is about 16 cm. The pickup is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use or aging, having been removed from a well-maintained instrument. Although there was slight rust on one pole piece in the photo, it has been cleaned, and the pickup now appears pristine. Perfect for vintage tone enthusiasts or guitar restorations.
