Well-seasoned, no holes or tears, but well worn. If you work outside in say, Portland Oregon, it\'s a great jacket. If you work outside doing landscape like me in Kansas, it\'s a great jacket for about 8 weeks out of the year. Otherwise, I guess it\'s a cool jacket for not working. Idk, but found out what they trade for so go for it. Better yet, it\'s the size you can actually wear -- I\'m bout 5\'9 165 and it fits me perfectly, I\'m usually a size M, but these run small. And a midweight hoodie goes under it well. It\'s a cool piece from when Filson was actually Filson.
