These tracks feature continuous steel cords that are machine wound and tensioned, making them stronger than those found in typical aftermarket rubber tracks. The steel cords are evenly placed across the width of the track and an enhanced coating process ensures a strong bond to the rubber.
Precision forged and heat treated solid steel link assemblies run the entire width of the track, increasing the overall strength of the track and ensuring that your equipment is evenly displacing load across the ground, providing for even track wear and minimizing the surface damage.
Steel guide wings are incorporated into the track's steel links, permitting your equipment's sprocket and rollers to travel smoothly along the track without risking the damage and downtime that occurs with detracking. A reinforced roller path provides a smoother ride and decreased operating noise.
