Delivery
Free Delivery for goods over £50.00 to UK Mainland ( Zone 1)
PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE CHARGES VARY FOR SCOTLAND, HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS.
KINDLY CONFIRM WITH US BEFORE PURCHASE
Customers will be notified about additional charges accordingly depending upon Size and Address of delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed on same day. Items will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Most items will be sent out next day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. All deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note we deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel, a driver will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.
We also offer Saturday Delivery Service upon request.
No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank/ Public Holidays.
Oversized Items
Oversized Items such as Exhausts, Roof Boxes and Body Panels incur additional delivery charges to all delivery locations.
Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect service to local customers. Item should be ordered and paid 24 hrs before collection.
Customers can collect the item between 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Delivery to Europe and Overseas
We deliver orders to most of the European Destinations and are willing to send overseas. Delivery Charges depends on the Size and Destinations. Customer can contact us before purchasing with the delivery address information to determine postage charges and time for delivery.
Returns
A to Z Autoparts hope that you are satisfied will all the goods purchased, but we do know that sometimes you will need to return your item.
All returned goods require a copy of the reciept, as a proof of purchase.
Listed below are the procedures for the different types of returns.

NO LONGER REQUIRED:
A to Z Autoparts provides30 days returns policy from date of receipt of the item.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED :
If you have ordered the wrong part by mistake then it can be returned in original packaging for refund.
Please note the item should be unused and not been fitted.
We will not cover returns postage if the item is ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Refund will be credited once we receive the item back deducting original postage which we pay to send the item originally.
PACKING OR PICKING ERROR:
If you have recieved the wrong item due to a packing error ,we will arrange a collection of the incorrect part and send you the correct replacement as soon as possible.
FAULTY ITEM :
All items have a 12 month warranty.
If the item has been deemed faulty by your mechanic within the warranty period then it can be returned for replacement or refund.
All goods will be inspected before an refund or exchange will be offered.
Warranty is not covered if the product is found to be faulty due to Bad Fittment.
Please note we require a report from the garage explaining nature of the fault when you return the item.
