Strippingcomplete carb and the disassembleof for internal inspection,glassbead blast. Then check for proper mating surface, studs and orallthreads. Thenreplacing broken orneededparts / shafts. Please Note:
Please be sure to clean the gas tank internally from stale gas and rust / dirt and install a new proper fuel filter. Makesure thereare no vacuum leaks and engine has no running problemsbefore mounting this rebuilt carburetor.Do not buy thiscarburetor if you do not plan on checking and repairing engine running condition if needed. Also do apropercleaning the fuel systemout prior toreplacement including relining or replacing fuel tank if needed!!
