As temperatures drop below 50 degrees, we strongly recommend purchasing a heat pack for your orchid order to improve the chances of survival during transit. Without a heat pack, we cannot guarantee protection from cold damage, and no refunds will be issued for cold-related issues.
While we take great care in packaging, occasional damage can occur during shipping. Since these are live plants, please open your order promptly upon arrival. We also suggest an anti-fungal treatment, such as Physan, following the manufacturer's instructions. After treatment, allow the plant to dry for 3-5 days before watering.
