Warranty & Returns
As there are no implied manufacturer’s warranty, we at SWA provide a 60-Dayproduct Guarantee that begins the date of receipt (buyer pays return shipping).This means that the product arrived as described and in working condition. Wedon’t “gladly accept returns” like other stores claim because we work hard toput out an accurate description, detailed photos and our goal is to put out anexceptional customer experience. That said, we do right by our customers –please don’t hesitate to reach out with inquiries.
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
For “Factory Sealed” products, we reserve the right to refund 70% of thepurchase price as that product will be deemed “open-box” once returned.

Customers understand and agree that proper softwarelicensing, software maintenance and upgrades are subject to applicablemanufacturer's Software Licensing Agreement. Customer shall be solelyresponsible for obtaining proper software licenses for applicable products fromthe manufacturer.
