You are looking at this NOS Blaupunkt universal faceplate, built for the mid/late 70s - early to mid 80s units.
Original one, with part number: 8 606 560 199.
Fitted with Blaupunkt radios, like Frankfurt, Mannheim, Konstanz, Karlsruhe, Lubeck, Bonn, and many more.
it will fit ONLY the late 70s (and later) \"plastic\" Blaupunkt models (with black central part). It won`t fit the earlier models with oval central part.

This face looks huge, but it is intended for CUTTING TO THE DESIRED SIZE of your dash opening.
It has the set of rings inside - of course, they should be removed first, and used if necessary.
As shown in the images, the faceplate is new, and in perfect shape. Very rare find!
