45g Gold/Silver electrum in Crystalline quartz
Found on private land near a known locality(see map pic for approximate area)
From a larger cobble found under the surface along with other similar specimens
All specimen's if this nature have been tested thoroughly
Conductivity- when tested with a multimeter set at 2000 ohms, connected areas read stable as low as 200 ohms depending on the make up of suspected metal
Streak/Acid- many specimens from the area streak pale gold to gold and have stood strong under 22k acid when the streak is more gold than pale. All streaks hold under 14k acid
Specific gravity- specimens like this one typically range around 3.2 to 3.6 but some have had a specific gravity up to 4.6 so far
Heat-similar looking inclusions on other specimens have been tested with a torch and proved to be unaffected. Others specimens have been smelted(though Im still trying to get the hang of it), leaving gold and silver streaks in the slag. Working on separating it further
Hardness/malubility- when scrubbed or poked with a knife, specimens do not flake or break
All rock and mineral specimens ship USPS Priority Mail for free
Returns are to be paid by seller. Please do not send the any specimens back on your own. If a return is necessary, request a return, and a label will be sent to you promptly
Returning altered specimens will result in a refund deduction of 50% and you may be reported to for false claims(unfortunately, I got burned bad before)
THIS SPECIMEN IS MEANT FOR DISPLAY.
Altering it and returning it will result in the aforementioned consequences
