Griswold Iron Mountain skillets were produced in Erie, Pennsylvania during the 1930’s. Like most Griswold’s this one is incredibly smooth. Restored via electrolysis and old fashioned elbow grease. Seasoned with three ultra thin coats of grape seed oil. No pitting or cracks, sits flat, and no spin. Has a heat ring. Diameter is 6 1/2” and interior depth is 1 1/4”.
