Whatare \"heroclix\"? It is a collectible miniatures game featuring super-heroes from Marvel, DC and Indy comics. The figures average 1 1/2\" tall and stand on a base with a dial that contains all of the statistics for that character. Think chess, but with a lot more options for pieces, played on a map with terrain and other tokens.Beginning with the Avengersset, all heroclix will also include a character card. These cardsare alwaysincluded in salesunless specified at the top of the description. The older sets did not have character cards. Please note also that gravity feed and counter top display figures come in small boxes so the cards are not straight and often have small creases.
