Ihave reconditioned the locomotive including cleaning the exterior,rebuilding the motor with burnished armature, springs, brushes, andreplaced traction tires where needed. Also, I have re-polishedelectrical pickup wheels and collectors, replaced damaged gears,completely cleaned the remaining gears, and carefully cleaned andlubricated the locomotive.
Ihave thoroughly track tested the locomotive and it runs very well inboth directions.
Theloco has a can motor. During testing, the loco pulled 5 freight carson my layout—Excellent Condition.
Additionally,I will retest the locomotive prior to shipment to ensure it’s peakperformance.
