Hair: Flora's hair is beautiful, completely clean, and incredibly silky to the touch! No frizz or major tangling, which is very rare for these older Mattel models.
This listing comes with her hard-to-find second fashion outfit - even with hand accessories - everything I have regarding her clothes and accessories is shown on the photos.
