This is incorrect.

As per HTS code 8523.49.4000 there are no tariffs on DVDs or Blu-rays.

I use the Zonos Prepay App to prepay any tariffs that may be applicable and since no tariffs apply to DVDs or Blu-rays the buyer will not pay any import fees/tariffs.

2 or more DVDs or Blu-rays will cost more depending on the total weight of the package being sent.
