This is a Halyard PMG-Advanced Coolief Pain Management RF Radiofrequency Generator System w/ the dual Coolief Peristaltic Pump and CRX-BAY-MCRF Multi-Cooled Radiofrequency Module.  It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Powers on, passes self check at startup and reads "Ready" on the display when the MCRF Module is plugged in.

I am easily able to navigate the onscreen menus and make setting adjustments. The tamper tag on the bottom is intact indicating the case has not been opened. I didn't have an electrode to fit the MCRF module so I borrowed the cable and electrode from a different system to show the Lesion Mode is working. This borrowed cord and electrode is not included in this listing. I do have the other system listed if you want to take a look. 

Comes withe Halyard Coolief PMG-ADVANCED RF Generator console, Halyard Coolief Peristaltic Pump Unit, Connecting cord and Halyard CRX-BAY-MCRF Module. Has both Stimulation and Lesion Modes and suitable for multiple procedures (see manufacturer's description below). 

This is a great deal here....hard to find system with the MCRF Module included.

The Halyard CRX-BAY-MCRF Module serves as the essential interface connecting an RF pain management generator to specialized water-cooled probes used in COOLIEF* Cooled RF procedures. It expands the capacity of the generator so clinicians can perform multiple nerve ablations simultaneously.

• Simultaneous Multi-Lesion Treatment: Allows a physician to connect and manage up to 4 independent channels at the same time. This enables the creation of multiple large, spherical lesions simultaneously, drastically reducing total procedure time compared to standard single-probe RF systems.
• Independent Monitoring: Provides individual impedance and real-time temperature response for each of the four treatment channels to maximize safety and precision.
• Intelligent Pump Logic: Features plug-and-play software that automatically recognizes connected cooled RF probes and synchronizes directly with the peristaltic cooling pump to maintain precise water circulation.
• Broader Nerve Coverage: By optimizing the Cooled RF process, the module facilitates the creation of lesions that are roughly 3.7 to 4 times larger than conventional RF thermal lesions, greatly improving the success rate of blocking sensory pain signals.

Condition & Testing 

This system is in very good cosmetic condition with some normal sign of use and no damage. There is a intact tamper tag on the generator showing the case have not been taken apart. This generator powers on, passes self check at startup and reads "Ready" on the screen. I am able to navigate stimulation and lesion mode menus and change settings with the buttons without error. The generator properly recognizes the MCRF Module but I didn't have an electrode to work with the module to activate the Lesion Mode. I did use a borrowed cord and electrode from another machine to show the Lesion Mode is working. (see pic) This cord and electrode is pictured for demo purposes only and not included in this listing. No other testing has been done but I believe it is ready to use and I guarantee it will not be DOA.
