I\'m loving wood boxes lately and have been lucky to pick up two this month. This one is unsigned but has all the markings of a hand made piece. The old fashioned hinges on the back sold me immediately! The inside chain detail ensures the box lid doesn\'t open more than it should.
I\'ve added some faux lemons (six) into the box so you can get a sense of the scale along with a couple of smaller sized books.
It would be so pretty in a vintage kitchen where it could hold recipes, sponges (I\'d get a liner of some sort first) or dried flowers!
