To help ensure customer satisfaction, our T-shirts go through a 5-stage quality control process before shipping.
1. Visual Inspection
A sample of shirts from each batch is inspected for noticeable defects, stains, discoloration, holes, tears, or other significant imperfections.
2. Print & Design Inspection
Graphics, logos, lettering, embroidery, and other design elements are checked for noticeable cracking, peeling, fading, misalignment, or manufacturing defects.
3. Size & Label Check
Size, style, color, and product labels are reviewed to make sure they match the item being offered in the listing.
4. Condition & Packaging Check
Items are checked for overall condition and prepared for shipment. Because some inventory may have been stored for an extended period, original packaging, tags, bags, or outer boxes may show minor storage wear, wrinkles, creases, dust, small dings, or other cosmetic imperfections. These do not necessarily affect the T-shirt itself.
5. Final Order Verification
Before shipment, the order is checked to confirm the correct T-shirt, size, color, and quantity are being sent.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph our merchandise. Because inventory is inspected on a batch/sample basis rather than every individual item undergoing a detailed inspection, minor cosmetic variations or imperfections may occasionally be present.
