Since his debut in the manga magazine Garo in 1995, manga artist Hironori Kikuchi has depicted pop characters and surreal stories, publishing books such as \"Bakuretsu Meditation Bakitoma Do,\" \"Gedatsuman,\" and \"Heromi\'s Summer Vacation,\" which have recently been translated into French. Starting around 2011, he began to use manga techniques to depict images that came to him in his dreams or from his mind in a new style. His works from 2011 to 2016 in particular frequently reference alchemy, copperplate engraving, woodblock prints, and the words of ancient sorcerers.

After entering university, he began working in design, but was dissatisfied and made his manga debut in Garo (under the name Kikuchi Hironori in 1995). He later changed his name to Kikuchi Hironori and then to Kikuchi Hironori.

However, his last work was published in AX Vol. 12, published on December 25, 1999, and he stopped publishing his work there.
