Sweet little extravagance—imagine a dish just for bonbons, just for you!Fenton Art Glass made this little confection in Yellow Topaz. It is 5 3/4 inches in diameter and approximately 1 1/2 inches tall.Notice the hobnail pattern: clear glass tipped with opalescence, complemented by a translucent, crimped rim. And of course, we must not forget how it glows. Fenton achieved this translucent yellow color by adding uranium dioxide (uranium oxide) to their glass batches, circa 1930s-1950s.Condition: Beautiful! Mentioned for accuracy, there are two faint straw marks in the bowl of the glass. These are part of the manufacturing and are not cracks or scratches.
