- The hot water is not hot, and the light is not on---dry boiling (the water is not in the heating tank before turning on the electric heating). The product needs to be filled with water before turning on the electric heating.
- The cold water is not cold enough:
The first case: If the refrigeration light is normally on, the fan behind is running normally, blowing hot air, and the refrigeration is normal (electronic refrigeration is limited to 13 to 15℃).
