• ​Unique Feature: The inscription contains a heavy black felt-tip redaction over the recipient’s middle/surname line. The marker weight, sheen, saturation, and ink flow directly match Crawford’s famous thick signature pen. As Crawford was notoriously meticulous about her presentation and correspondence, this redaction appears to be a self-correction made by Crawford herself at the time of signing to fix a spelling or naming error before completing her signature and flourish below. That the word \"Blessings\" appears unnaturally low, partially on the printed name, adds further evidence that the scribbling was indeed a self-correction, and came from Crawford\'s own hand.
