The album features the iconic cover art depicting Roger Moore as Bond framed between a pair of legs — one of the most recognized images in Bond franchise history.

The signed LP is spectacularly presented in an oversized custom frame (32.5\" × 34\") surrounded by individual color photographs of each signing cast member, with the classic 007 gun logo, a film credits panel, and GFA authentication. For Your Eyes Only is the twelfth film in the James Bond franchise produced by Eon Productions, released June 24, 1981 in the UK and June 26, 1981 in the US. It stars Roger Moore in his fifth outing as Agent 007 and marked the feature directorial debut of John Glen, who would go on to direct the next four Bond films. The screenplay by Richard Maibaum and Michael G. Wilson draws from two Ian Fleming short stories — \"For Your Eyes Only\" and \"Risico\" — with additional elements inspired by the novels Live and Let Die, Goldfinger, and On Her Majesty\'s Secret Service.

The plot follows Bond as he races to recover the ATAC (Automatic Targeting Attack Communicator) — a missile command system capable of controlling Britain\'s Polaris nuclear submarines — after a British spy ship is sunk in the Ionian Sea. Along the way, he becomes entangled with Melina Havelock (Carole Bouquet), a crossbow-wielding woman seeking vengeance for the murder of her parents, and must navigate a web of deception between rival Greek smugglers Kristatos (Julian Glover) and Columbo (Chaim Topol).

The film is widely regarded as a return to the grittier, more realistic tone of earlier Bond adventures after the science-fiction excesses of Moonraker. It features some of the franchise\'s most celebrated action sequences, including a harrowing car chase through olive groves in a tiny Citroën 2CV, a ski chase through the Italian Alps at Cortina d\'Ampezzo, and a pulse-pounding mountainside assault on a Greek monastery at Meteora. The soundtrack was composed by Bill Conti, with the title song performed by Sheena Easton — who became the only artist to appear on-screen during a Bond opening credits sequence. The film was a financial success, grossing $195.3 million worldwide.
