Almost 30 Years on !From Philly With LoveFast, Secured DeliveryGREAT Value. Buy Before It's Gone!OUTSTANDING Customer ServiceKodak Folding Pocket Camera Roll Film Camera Maroon Bellows Antique 1897 V27DESCRIPTIONThis original Folding Pocket Kodak camera was introduced by the Eastman Kodak Company in 1897 and represents one of the earliest commercially successful folding roll film cameras. Designed by Frank Brownell, its strut-folding design became the foundation for countless folding cameras produced throughout the 20th century. This example retains its distinctive maroon bellows along with its wood-bodied construction covered in black leatherette with polished aluminum end caps. The exterior shows honest cosmetic wear from age and use, including finish wear and some lifting to the exterior covering on one side. The bellows are light-tight. Both shutter settings function properly. The lens has light internal haze present. Both viewfinders are hazy from age. The camera opens and closes properly and displays very well overall.A fantastic early Kodak display piece and an important example of late 19th century photographic history. Please review photos carefully for condition details.
