Condition is used - see pictures - tested and works in my sony disc explorer 300. Has a roman numeral VI mark on the disc that partially transferred to the inner sleeve. Case has a crack in it.
The cd pictured is for the buyer. All my orders are packed properly for shipping with thick cardboard wrapped and put in thick bubble mailer also taped closed.
