I’ve owned the set since 2022, and is in perfect condition (other than some dust :) ), and has every figure plus many extra that I’ve just added onto it over the years to display. It doesn’t come with a box, instructions, and most importantly it doesn’t come with the Zane memorial, as I sold that section separately. I will post more Ninjago listings soon
